Cost effective Repair solution for USB-Port cutout
Stirling Dynamics offers a repair solution for frequent cracks and breakages around the USB port cutout on Acro aircraft cabin seats. Instead of replacing the entire cover, we identified the commonly damaged parts during the root-cause analysis—the mounting plate and the cover. We then designed repair parts with reinforcements and thickening to enhance performance and as an additional preventive modification to prevent breakages.
