Stirling Dynamics to exhibit at leading cabin interiors exhibition, AIX 2024

Solutions for your aircraft cabin, delivered fully certified

Stirling Dynamics is delighted to be exhibiting once again at this year's Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in Hamburg, one of the largest cabin interiors events in the world. The event brings together professionals from global airlines, leasing companies and business jet operators to network and share the latest in cabin interior concepts.

We’ll be showcasing our EASA 21J-certified cabin products for repairs, modifications and obsolescence management, as well cabin concept design services and layout modifications including LOPA changes on structures, systems, and avionics. Our full suite of services is offered through our platform for cabin interior innovation, Cabin Mod Hub.

Our passion for design innovation, in-house approval capability and established manufacturing network together underpins our Cabin Mod Hub offering and enables us solve even the most complex cabin challenges and bring your vision to life. Find us at stand F113 in hall B6. Find out more about AIX here.

Innovative design that supports your cabin and business needs

Our products range from simple but highly effective crew rest solutions, to sustainable repairs for damaged cabin interiors and replacement parts. Crucially, we can also facilitate the use of 3D printing technology in manufacturing, enabling our clients to conduct proof-of-concept through rapid prototyping and in-service testing.

Dado Panel Repair - a simple and cost-effective solution for B737 dado panels. Most dado panels show broken attachments during checks. This repair kit can be used for easy repair and also for preventative improvement of the panels.
Crew Rest Unit for all Aircraft - a crew rest solution based on economy seats, which has a minimum effect on the LOPA. It can enable extension of the flight duty period according to CS FTL.1.205 and FAR Part 117 Class 3* and is an ideal solution for single class cabin layouts.
Seat Blocker - to provide flexibility with regards to the minimum number of required flight attendants during low occupancy operations.
Seat Row Mount - a durable and robust solution for Boeing 737 series Seat Row Mounts eliminating cracks, breakage and delamination.
Prototype Cupholder - An improved part that previously caused airlines high costs and troubles with frequent breakages that was designed to eliminate the root causes for failures.
Seat repairs - A repair and predictive solution for avoiding failures of the back shell panel. Instead of replacing the panel increase sustainability by implying 3D printed reinforcements.
