As a full‑scope Design Organisation, we have the capability to develop and approve small and large aircraft modifications for both aircraft interiors and exteriors. We deliver comprehensive engineering and certification support for CS-23, CS-25, and CS-27 aircraft interiors. With extensive experience delivering STCs and minor modifications, Stirling Dynamics brings together a passion for design innovation, in‑house approval capability, and an established 21G manufacturing network. Our mission is to tackle your most complex challenges through innovative concepts and pioneering sustainable thinking, delivering fully airworthy solutions.
Our offerings include cost-efficient crew rest solutions, alternative and repair parts, obsolete components, and parts from reverse engineering, through certification and manufacturing. Through the application of 3D printing technology, we offer our clients an efficient route to proof‑of‑concept validation via rapid prototyping and functional testing. This mitigates challenges such as long manufacturing lead times, discontinued OEM components, and malfunctions, delivering a cost‑effective alternative to traditional OEM replacements.
Sustainable Life Vest Pouch
A highlight of our sustainability‑driven product design is our new Life Vest Pouch concept. By repurposing fabric from expired life vests, we transform end‑of‑life safety equipment into high‑quality, functional Life Vest Pouches.
Stirling Dynamics is giving retired life vests a second life. Although life vests must be removed from service after 10 years, their durable polyurethane‑coated nylon fabric remains ideal for reuse. By upcycling this material, we create high‑quality, functional cabin pouches that support circular‑economy and sustainability goals.
Each Sustainable Life Vest Pouch is supplied with a Service Bulletin and EASA Form 1, ensuring full compliance and traceability.
